    Leadership/management responsibilities for individuals/teams.

    1. 2+ years of experience and are in a leadership/management position for at least 5 years.
    2. Working within a sports team, organisation, franchise, federation or association organisation or sector-related industry, in any field, including general and specialist roles.
    3. Desire to maximise the impact you, as a leader, and your organisation can have on specific sector change, transition and transformation.
    4. Desire to shape the sports system of the future and lead transformational change.
